First we cover the work area to protect your garden.

We erect a safe means of access that complies with health and safety, using our own scaffolding with our own professionally qualified scaffolders.

All gutters and downpipes will be removed as refitting tired old gutters and downpipes to a pristine new roofline job does not make sense.

All the old timber roofline, downpipes and gutters are removed from site.

We inspect every foot of the roof rafters and replace damaged areas to guarantee you have a rot free secure structure to work to. Please note this is absolutely essential for a quality job.

We fit only the best quality un-recycled fade resistant roofline PVC is fitted to the fascia’s and soffits in the colour and style you have requested.

Note all products used are BBA certified products to guarantee you quality. At Strathclyde Roofline we provide you new high quality PVC gutters and downpipes free of charge.*

* (Note in some cases it is best not to disturb existing cast pipes.)

Once the site is tidy the work is ready for your final inspection.

Payment for your new roofline is due only when your completely satisfied.
