What is the Fascia?

The Fascia is the vertical board that is fitted to the end of rafters, just below the tiles/slates. The gutters are then usually fixed to the fascia.

Fully Ventilated Soffits

PVCu boards have built-in ventilation slots to ensure your loft is well ventilated at all times, preventing damp and protecting rafters from rot. Our utility soffit board provides a simple, clean look and also comes with vents to maintain airflow through your loft space. Hollow soffit board is a lightweight, cost-effective soffit solution, which will also be fitted with our highly effective ventilators. All our soffits are vented as standard and compatible with our PVCu fascias and capping.

4 Unique Styles

Available in 3 different colours, white, black and brown and comes in 4 different styles. Round Guttering is our classic, widely used guttering style ideal for all residential buildings. Classic square guttering is suitable for modern or older housing and often used on conservatories. Our high capacity Ogee system is for larger roofs where run off is rapid. Finally, our deepflow gutters are designed for use on large residential buildings, smaller commercial premises and conservatory roofs, available in 4m lengths.

Clean And Green

These systems are unique in the UK in that they contain a high proportion of post consumer recycled PVC. Approximately 84% by weight of PVCu gutters and pipes is recycled material, saving 70% of CO2 created by using virgin material throughout.

Our Cladding

Robust cellular PVC cladding profiles in traditional styles, with complementary joints, trims and fixings. Cellular PVC cladding is an ideal substitute for timber cladding; it will not discolour and it retains its appearance. It is also virtually maintenance free and totally weather resistant.

Our traditional Shiplap cladding profile is for horizontal installation. The visible bottom edges are square. Our Open V style is more modern, with a symmetrical V groove between profiles giving a sharper appearance to the joints. Open V may be installed horizontally or vertically.
